By accessing or using Sankat Mochan ("the Service"), operated by Sankat Mochan ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Sankat Mochan is an AI-powered tool that generates suggested text replies in multiple languages. The Service is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.
3. User Accounts
You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account.
4. Subscription & Payments
The Free plan grants 1 free AI reply set. The Pro plan is billed at ₹199 per month and grants unlimited replies. All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or that infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
6. AI-Generated Content
Replies are generated by AI and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable. You are solely responsible for reviewing and using AI-generated content. We disclaim liability for outcomes resulting from use of generated text.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sankat Mochan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
