Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plans
Sankat Mochan offers a Pro plan billed at ₹199 per month. The Free plan is available at no cost and includes 1 free AI reply set on signup.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing support@sankat-mochan.lovable.app. Once cancelled, your subscription will not renew, and you will retain Pro access until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued in the following cases only:
- Duplicate payment — if you were accidentally charged twice for the same period, the duplicate amount will be fully refunded.
- Service unavailability — if the Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated refund.
- Payment error — if you were charged but did not receive Pro access, the full amount will be refunded after verification.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to use the Service during the billing period
- Account suspension due to violation of our Terms
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content (since AI output is provided as-is)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@sankat-mochan.lovable.app within 7 days of the charge with:
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID or order ID
- Reason for refund
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method (card, net banking, wallet, or any enabled payment method) through Razorpay. Bank processing times may add an additional 2–5 business days.
