1. Information We Collect

When you sign in via Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. When you use the AI reply feature, we temporarily process the message text you submit. When you upgrade to Pro, Razorpay processes your payment details — we only store the payment ID and order ID, never your card or UPI details.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To send service-related notifications
• To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms

3. AI Processing

Messages submitted to the Service are sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) to generate replies. We do not store the content of your conversations on our servers beyond the immediate processing window.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — for processing payments
• Google / OpenAI — for AI inference
• Supabase / Lovable Cloud — for hosting and authentication
• Legal authorities — when required by law

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/TLS) for all data in transit. Authentication is handled by Google OAuth and Supabase Auth. Payments are processed via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@sankat-mochan.lovable.app. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision.
